Our Story
We are a specialized studio at the intersection of biomechanics, industrial design, and 3D technology — creating products that work with the human body, not against it.
Founded with a passion for making daily life more comfortable, 3DVertex For Design And Manufacture combines deep expertise in ergonomic science with cutting-edge 3D design technology.
What began as a medical design concept became a two-year journey of research, prototyping, and refinement. When the final sample reached Japan, the doctor's response said it all — he approved it immediately. OSSIA was born.
3DVertex was established to bring OSSIA to the world — starting with the automotive industry, where drivers spend hours in seats never designed with the spine in mind. Founded in Egypt, built on real science and real comfort.
